1. Agreement to Terms
By browsing Webtantrah or requesting design and integration services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our products and services.
2. Scope of Services
Webtantrah provides custom design files, workflow consulting configurations, and software build services. Specific deliverables, timeline milestones, and payment terms will be defined in a master service agreement signed by both parties.
3. Code & Intellectual Property
All work remains the intellectual property of Webtantrah until final invoices are paid in full. Upon settlement of final payments, 100% of the custom design layouts, code assets, and custom databases are transferred to the client.
